Can I change the address of where my order is being shipped to?
Yes, this is possible. If you have entered in the incorrect address or wish to change the location in which your package is being shipped to, we ask that you notify us within 24 hours of placing your order to change the address. This ensures we have time to work with our delivery partner to ensure your address is corrected prior to the order leaving the warehouse and being shipped.
I placed my order but have not received my confirmation email.
Once your order ships from our warehouse, you will automatically receive an email notification with tracking info sent to the email used on your order. Remember to check your spam folder, in case you haven't added our email to your contacts.
How long until I receive my order?
The average delivery time for orders is approximately 14-16 days from time of order. This allows us to ensure your products is packaged and shipped to you in adequate time and quality. If this time period has passed since you placed your order, we ask that you email us at email@example.com to have the matter investigated.

Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately due to our All Orders Are Final Policy, we cannot cancel an order once it has been processed
What is your return policy?
We currently have an All Orders Are Final Policy. We do not accept returns unless a product is damaged upon delivery. In the event your product is damaged, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with details and images of your damaged garment and we will investigate it.
